This includes strength, mobility, balance, body composition, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, and cardiorespiratory endurance (VO2 MAX).

Our team then produces a detailed report based on this assessment to better visualize key results and identify actionable opportunities for improvement. This report is a valuable tool for both you and us in this process.

Using the KinCentury report, we develop a personalized training plan and offer private coaching to maximize your chances of success.

Why

Life expectancy continues to rise, and modern medicine is keeping us alive longer than ever. However, too many people find themselves unable to fully enjoy these additional years. Why? Because artificially extending life expectancy does not prevent the deterioration of physical condition and quality of life.
